How does our billing and refunds work?
How does billing & payment work for my services? ▼

- • Domain Names: Minimum 1 year up to 10 years.

- • Security (BitNinja/CodeGuard): Monthly or annually.
Payments are processed through PayPal. You can make one-off or scheduled payments and cancel anytime. Services excluding web hosting are non-refundable but may be credited to your account. Domain names are exempt from refunds.
How do payment reminders work? (Web & VPS Hosting) ▼
Before Due Date
14 Days: First Unpaid Invoice generated.
7 Days: Second reminder sent.
Due Date: Payment attempted.
After Due Date
2 Days: Overdue reminder.
3 Days: 10% Late Fee applied.
7 Days: Service Suspended.
14 Days: Service Terminated.
How do Domain reminders differ? ▼
Domain payments are annual. Reminders are sent 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before the due date. If unpaid by the 7th day after due date, the domain enters a Redemption Period (up to 30 days) where it can be renewed at original fees. After 90 days of non-payment, the domain is deleted.

Refunds are issued as account credit to be deducted from your next transaction. Direct bank or PayPal refunds are only processed under special agreement with the Billing Team after security checks.
